Bainbridge Island City Hall, 280 Madison Avenue North, Bainbridge Island, Washington 98110 is designated as the official posting place for all city notices and other documents required by law to be posted. In addition, the city shall post all city notices and other documents required by law to be posted on the city’s website. Promptly after adoption, the text of each ordinance passed by the city council or a summary of the content of the ordinance shall be published at least once in the official newspaper of the city as designated by resolution in accordance with RCW 35A.21.230. RCW 35A.12.160 – Notice of the passage of an ordinance may be given by publication of the text or a summary of the text of the ordinance in the official newspaper.
