The city clerk is directed to record an authenticated copy of Chapters 289-02 and 289-14 through 289-24 WAC with the ordinance codified in this chapter and to maintain not less than one copy of such rules on file in the office of the city clerk for use and examination by the public pursuant to RCW 35A.12.140.
